We had a better experience at an all-inclusive than we expected. The staff was friendly and accommodating and willing to go out of their way when not even asked to do so. The grounds were not super sprawling, so it was a relatively short walk to the most common areas.

Great reception when we arrived with our little dog Poppy. Matias was so nice and helpful escorting us to our room with our luggage. The hotel also provided us with a doggie bed for Poppy. Great hotel and very close to downtown where you’ll find great restaurants and live music everywhere. Highly recommend staying here!
