Although located in a mall, free parking worked flawlessly and well, I love trains and they move right on the back of the property (though you wouldn't hear a thing at night).

Anyway, it is one of the best options for short 1-2-3 days staying. Easy access to Volcan La Malinche. Close to the city centre.
