The city is beautiful and its people warm and welcoming, my favorite place so far is Kumbali Lodge, I went there for a concert and then an early diner, the space is beautiful. I would definitely visit again and explore some more.

Lilongwe is a peaceful city. Despite the fact the elections had just been nullified, the city was calm and people went about doing their business. The driving culture is not agressive like in other capital cities.
