The host Srdjan is one of the nicests hosts I have ever met! He was in contact with us before the stay through Viber and welcomed us in his city next to a big store and showed us the way to his villa by following his car so we didn`t have to search it ourselves. Then comes THE BEST PART - This villa is pure luxury, overpassing Swedish standard! Floor heating, heating in the appartment, free parking with camera surveilance, fully equiped kitchen, stylish and modern look, cosy and comfy sofas and beds, I mean this is a MUST STAY if you need a stop in Montenegro or want to explore the north part of it. Thank you Srdjan for your kind welcoming, this will be our stop from now whenever we come to Montenegro.

Small medieval town with a rich history.
Small medieval town with a rich history. Built near to the Roman antic settlement known as Municipium S. known by Diatreta, a cage crystal glass cup from the 4th century, presented in the Heritage Museum. During Ottoman Empire, known by the name Taslidza, Pljevlja was an important trade crossroad. Pljevlja has still preserved old houses from that era. Also known by the famous medieval Orthodox Cristian Monastery of the Holly Trinity, s well as by the famous Husein Pasha mosque, the treasure of Ottoman architecture. It has one of the most beautiful forest garden around the river Breznica, the amazing place for walking, relax and enjoyment during summer days. The nature around Pljevlja is amazing, too. The place worth to visit during the summertime!

Not worth visiting.
Not worth visiting. We stayed one night on our trip to Croatia. We wanted to stay in Serbia (maybe Zlatibor), but they asked for Covid PCR test - Montenegro is OK with proof of vaccine. So we stopped in the first town after the border. There other mountain sights in Montenegro worth visiting!
