The PR representative, Ilham, was incredibly attentive and kind, providing us with valuable information and ensuring we were aware of the Christmas dinner program, which turned out to be a fantastic experience. The food was outstanding delicious and flavorful, and the selection of desserts was particularly impressive, offering a variety of tastes. The DJ's music playlist was amazing, and the guy with the white pants (I believe his name was Mahdi or Medo) brought an incredible energy to the evening. He was exceptionally entertaining and kept the atmosphere lively, making sure we danced the entire night. I truly appreciated the efforts of the entire staff

I love the customer service. The staff was really warm and welcoming at reception. I think I spoke with Mr Badar who was really helpful. He upgraded my room to a better deplux room 😍when I asked for a single bed. May Allah SWT bless him. This room was fabulous. The bathroom was clean. Hot water and good room conditioning. Breakfast was great. The swiming pool area is nice to relax.
