Breakfast was always really nice and pleasant, just an old fashioned space though and needs new decor. Location perfect.

The hotel was quaint and tidy. Also very quiet and relaxing. I liked the tea and water station out front for all guests. The vegan breakfast was good, a nice break from the heavy restaurant food. The staff was also very friendly and hospitable. The proximity to restaurants and Réduit beach was great.
Featuring a prime location in Rodney Bay, this resort has colonial style architecture and direct access to scenic Reduit Beach. It features rooms with balconies overlooking the landscaped pool garden....

I love everything about my stay, Ms. Joyceline is very nice and accommodating, she checks in to make sure accommodations are met and goes the extra mile. I most definitely recommend staying here and I will return to this guest house anytime I visit St Lucia.
Thanks, Ms Joyceline 😊

The resort is a long way from the International airport, the average round trip taxi fare is USD 200 so be warned. Its a pity the hotel dont offer a shuttle service even at cost to take out the stress of arriving at an unfamiliar airport and wonfering how you get to the resort. The hotel offers no instructions or advice before you travel so be warned.
The resort is fine and the food a good average.
Rooms are pleasant but some stress in getting the rooms serviced some days.
They have a huge stage which is perfect for any entertainers. Sadly its not used very often and the evening entertainment is a bit disappointing.

Very ordinary place.
Very ordinary place. Nothing pretty about it although pigeon island is lovely. Reduit beach is nice enough but beware of buying boat tours on the beach. Especially Bradtours. We paid a deposit for a boat hotel transfer and he didn’t turn up and his phone was off. So don’t pay anything upfront.

Best part of the island!
Best part of the island! Long difficult road to drive from the airport- about 40 miles but takes about two hours. Do not recommend driving the pothole ridden and steep roads during dark. Gros Islet is absolutely beautiful- very laid back, relaxing, safe, and had everything you need for a great family vacation. All beaches are public access, so you can go to any "resort" beach as long as you do not use the beach furniture or umbrellas- they cannot kick you off the beach.

The area near and around Bay Gardens Beach Resort was a very good area. Lots of amenities at this Resort and the staff was excellent. My only concern were the food portions. As an adult I'd like adult portions instead of kid portions at mealtime. Aside from that, this is a GREAT Resort to vacation at. The Water Park in front of the Resort was definitely a plus for the people with kids. I didn't use the Park but if I were traveling with my family who has kids, they would've been out in the water at the Park from early in the morning to late at night.

Loved it. Great supurb host, very helpful and proactive to make sure I could get to Gros islet via A1 bus etc. Very flexible with timings. Great real local guest house in the middle of the village metres from the bus route from Castries. Laundromat, small bars and small shops nearby. Lovely laid back local vibe on the streets with the public beach handy. Perfect if joining or leaving a boat in Rodney bay.
Villa was lovely, nicely decorated and had everything we needed! The location was quite close to the Marina and other amenities in Gros Islet. We had a car but not sure how easy it would have been to walk or if relying on taxis.
