Perfect location, brilliant facilities, the pool was a lovely cooling oasis amongst the trees!
They arranged airport pickup and drop off for us, and an early breakfast for take away on the day we had a 5am start to Angkor Wat.
The staff were all incredibly friendly, making sure everything in our room was okay and if we needed anything. They all took an interest to get to know us and see how our day was.

My second visit after 5 years. Except the new airport and airport highway, Angkowat temples, night market, pub street, streets and city surroundings remain more less the same which is rare and excellent for old charms. Goods and services did not raise much prices and remains affordable. Not as crowded as before Covid, therefore good for visitors but sorry for the locals. Overall 9/10.

Angkor Wat and the other temples in the area were an unforgettable experience. There are other places to visit like the floating village, elephant forest, etc., but the nightlife was lacking. Beer Street was just loud and expensive compared with the surrounding area.

The inner city is very nice and walkable.
The inner city is very nice and walkable. You can feel the tourist money being invested into the city. The city feels a bit like a tourist facade and doesn't really match the economic status of the country. Nothing wrong with it, but you should know that it is not representative of the whole country. People are very nice and respectful.

A lively and diverse town.
A lively and diverse town. The atmosphere was 'safe chaos' that needs savouring. Lots of food choices with local food being top-notch. The Cambodian Circus, Phare was an outstanding evenong's entertainment with good food offerings too. Tuk tuks are everywhere but other vehicles with A/C are also reasonably priced and easily arranged.
