I have been to many hotels in Japan, but this was a first time (almost) all inclusive plan. Interestingly, we were not aware of it when we booked. Great value for the money.
Buffet breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Having unlimited alcoholic drinks was a great surprise.
During the afternoon / late night lounge times additional snacks snacks / drinks provided.

It was an amazing stay at 竹泉荘 Chikusenso Onsen. Everything was perfect: spacious room with all amenties that you need, super friendly and helpful staff, beautifully designed lounges and relaxing onsen! The hotel also offers transfer from Sendai station and transportation in the neighbourhood.
Additionally I highly recommend to reserve dinner - the food was not only delicious but served beautifully. It is a really marvellous experience.

The house is in a quiet location with excellent kitchen facilities. However, the exact house location is a little hard to find due to many side track/junction. We are lucky to meet a local who advise us the exact location of the house.
