Akiko Morita and her staff were extremely helpful with something we had misplaced. She also assisted us by calling our next hotel to get their shuttle information for us. The hotel is huge and the onsen is nice.

Large, comfortable room. Excellent indoor/outdoor public bath. Tasty buffet breakfast. Nice view of rice paddies out our bedroom window. Large parking lot (free parking). Lots of good sightseeing spots nearby - if you are traveling by car.

Great onsen baths and game room. Bedroom had its own toilet and shower. Room was large. Location was great to see the town bath and matsuri as well as within walking distance of the Kutani Pottery Museum.
