I booked this hotel just for one night, to break a road trip. It turned out to be the best hotel we stayed in over our one month trip! Our (corner) room was just gorgeous even though the weather was horrendous, the room is so cosy once the brown blinds are down, the lighting is customizable, there's a soundsystem to watch movies in proper conditions and the bathroom is stunning. Staff was so helpful and nice. I wish we had stayed more than one night. Just delightful.

* The room was clean, really as well kept as is possible with the age of everything. * The staff were nice, although English was rather limited, but hey, it's Toyohashi. * Best breakfast ever. Seriously, there's a reason why they advertise that the most here. It is also complimentary, part of your fairly cheap room price. Lots of variety day by day, very Japanese and otherwise asian style dishes, with some limited western items. I really enjoyed it, and the aunties were all really nice. * Comfortable beds, standard fare business hotel room size.

Small hotel just aboujt two squares from Toyohashi station, so you have all the center really close. The breakfast was nice and the room was really good. The bedding set was nice and the small sofa was really appreciated. It the lobby there is a free coffee machine!

    i really enjoyed everything...the location, the acomodation. the hotel provide everthing. included if you need to drop your luggage to your next hotel in the other city, and you can keep your luggage until you coming back to stay again,,, and they already to put your luggage in your room

    Toyohashi is only about an hour from Nagoya where we live,...

    Toyohashi is only about an hour from Nagoya where we live, and yet most people we know have never been there! It's great for a weekend break or even a day trip. We enjoyed visiting a restored house from 1800 years ago, the castle, a plum orchard, the city hall exhibition of the unusual handheld firework made from a bamboo tree, and various other places. Our first visit was for two night, and then we went back for a day trip. We'll probably go again for the Natural History Museum a little way past Toyohashi.

    Toyohashi may not be a tourist mecca but there is a nice...

    Toyohashi may not be a tourist mecca but there is a nice streetcar service and a lovely riverside park featuring the remains of Yoshida Castle which has been partly reconstructed and includes excellent historical detail provided by volunteers free of charge. Really worthwhile.
