The hotel is conveniently located 5 mins walk away from Midosuji Shin-Osaka station. I would suggest to use exit 7 from the station as any other exit would result in taking a roundabout way to get to the hotel. The area is quiet, peaceful and a Lawson is conveniently located right across the hotel. The public bath facility is excellent however the bath water is slightly more on the lukewarm side. The staff were friendly, helpful and provided great service!

The room was clean, spacious, beds were very comfy and the blackout curtains were very effective. The hotel staff were friendly yet polite, and always willing to help. The breakfast spread was good, however some of the cooked food was cold.
