The space is fantastic—spacious enough to comfortably accommodate five people, with big dining and living areas and two double beds, making it ideal for groups. Everything was crisp, clean, and smelled fresh. The unit has a washer, which is convenient, although there’s no dryer, so laundry needs to be hung to dry. There’s plenty of storage space, and the first-floor location offers nice views of two streets. The instructions provided were clear and detailed, and the firm beds were very comfortable.

The hole apartment is a perfect match for a family with children. The interior was arranged with love, everything of the daily need is available. There were even child toys (kid’s kitchen and some Lego Duplo) present! So really perfect!

Our stay at Villa Rubeshibe was absolutely wonderful. It has beautifully designed interiors, and was the perfect size for our multigenerational family of 8 - 2 adults and 2 kids took the bigger family-sized Japanese-style room with ensuite bathroom, 2 adults in the second room and another 2 adults in the 3rd. There is a huge living room and couch where we lounged after dinner, and an 8-seater dining table where we gathered over meals. We stayed in one of the nights and made dinner comfortably because of a lack of restaurant options on a Monday night in Biei. Two-in-1 oven and microwave (would reco only using one function at a time, the residual oven heat would be too hot for microwaving something), 4 stoves, lots of kitchen utensils and serving plates, a wide variety of wine and sake glasses (white, red, burgundy, champagne flutes, sake pot and glasses etc). The host was great, walking us through the property and explaining how to use the various amenities upon check-in, and sending us off on check-out. We also appreciated all the little touches - many complimentary bottles of juice and bottled water, the nespresso machine and capsules in the kitchen AND every single room, herbal tea from the region, etc. There is also a large jacuzzi tub with jets - use it!!

This unit is very clean and very spacious, modern and simple design. Checkin process is swift and easy. The owner message us earlier for the process of checkin. No problem with finding the place using Google map. Owner is very considerate, provides very nice toiletries, tea and coffee, full equipped kitchen. The washing machine dryer is very good. Walking distance to train station. I would give a 6 star if I could!
