The staff were friendly and connected us to a tour guide, who drove us to Little Petra and gave us the tour from finish to start. The heater was functional, and staff quickly fixed an issue with the toilet. The wifi worked well and the room was fairly quiet.

Everything! We were met on arrival by super friendly staff, although the car park is small it is secure and there is a guard on the gate. We were upgraded free of charge and the room was just lovely. Huge bed, great facilities, impecably helpful staff. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, the cave bar was quirky and had a friendly cat :) Right at the entrance to Petra. We couldn't have asked for more and will be back!
