Hotel Marini is set in a quiet yet central area of Sassari and is surrounded by greenery. The in-house restaurant is a great place to sample traditional Sardinian cuisine.

Breakfast was great! So much great cheese, fruit and cake options. Location close to a swimming pool. Also, the staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

A NEW Hidden Gem Discovered! I've stayed in my fair share of B&B Hotels, but this Sassari location truly sets the bar. The room given to me was a delightful surprise - spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything a weary traveler could need. Its proximity to the Centrale Sassari Train Station was a game-changer, making getting around a breeze -- be it in Alghero or in Cagliari. Also, the staff were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making the check-in and check-out processes seamless. All in all, this was a top-notch stay. The perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and affordability makes it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. B&B Hotel Sassari, you've outdone yourselves! 10/10 -- I would definitely stay again.
Hotel Carlo Felice is located 3 km from Sassari city centre and has free on site parking. It offers a restaurant and rooms with wooden floors. WiFi is free throughout.

My preferred location in Sassari. Comfortable rooms, seemed recently renovated, reasonably sized, nice control of temperature, convenient and silent. It is all there, even if not luxurious, you will miss nothing. Continental breakfast was also nice
Hotel Il Vialetto is conveniently located in the industrial district leading into Sassari. The hotel is close to the most popular shopping centres and the train and bus stations.

Beautiful spotlessly clean inner city with amazing architecture steeped in history however you need to go right into Piazza d’Italia and immediate cobblestone streets to appreciate this as the surrounding areas are unkempt and graffiti laden, not the place for “modern street art” in my opinion, taking away from the beauty of the historical buildings.

During our stay my partner and I didn’t take the time to explore the city of Sassari. But during the evenings we did enjoy going to a couple nice restraunts. We did enjoy using the public transportation to visit other cities but overall sassari is a very calm place to stay and very close to the north western part of the island.

Not a real tourist town but with a nice old centre (small streets, high houses, colorful facades). When we visited it (late afternoon early evening first week of May), it was extremely quiet - some squares seemed totally deserted - which created a weird atmosphere. Scene and streets got more livelier around Piazza d'Italia and University but not what you might expect from a city with >100.000 inhabitants.
Conclusion: nice but not unmissable.

Nice clean room. Communication with the host went smoothly. Walking distance to the centre of Sassari. Newly renovated apartment, plenty of space and nice bathroom. Nice touch to leave us some water and beer when we arrived. Can definitely recommend to stay here when passing through Sassari.
Nicely renovated place in the heart of Sassari. It consists of 7 rooms mini hotel situated on two floors. Nice staff.
The paid parking space in Piazza Mazzotti is very crowded. Lucky to find a spot in the evening. But is the closest you can find.
Boutique hotel located near the university, very clean, excellent location, owners are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when back in Sassari❤️
