Great location. Breakfast was fantastic. Suite was large and perfect for a family traveling together. The staff was very helpful when we engaged with them, helping us to navigate the ZTL and parking process, helping with directions, and making recommendations for things to do.

Edgy and eclectic, Palermo is a symbol of all that Sicily stands for. From buzzing Vespas to the bustling Vucciria market, it simply brims with life.
Wonderful Palermo Cathedral glows radiantly in the Mediterranean sun. Nearby is the city’s last Sicilian Puppet Theater, and across the street is a palm-filled park housing Roman mosaics, though the best are in the archeological museum. At one end is the Norman Palace, a government building home to the fabulous Cappella Palatina, whose gold mosaics are absolutely breathtaking.
Equally magnificent are the gold mosaics lining the 12th-century Monreale Cathedral on the city’s outskirts. Wander the cloisters and note the varying columns and capitals – each pair is different.
Palermo also has fascinating churches: 2 of the oldest are 12th-century San Giovanni degli Eremeti and San Cataldo, each with red, Islamic-style domes. Gesú Church has an incredible Sicilian Baroque interior, while La Martorana’s frescoes are awe-inspiring. A street away is Quattro Canti, an intersection with a fountain in each corner.
Other attractions include the round Teatro Massimo, Mondello beach and Monte Pellegrino mountain overlooking the sea. You get fabulous views of this picnic spot as you fly into Palermo Airport before heading to your Booking.com accommodations.
Palermo was a bit of a surprise. It is a sophisticated, modern city with a fascinating historic core that the citizens treasure and respect. Well worth a visit. Plan a week, to get the best sense of the place. Then, just walk around. The whole world is here.

Beautiful arhitecture, delicious food, good weather.
Beautiful arhitecture, delicious food, good weather. Traffic is a madness but it was rather fun to see, I didn't felt unsafe. Rather tired of jams.
Lot of trashes everywhere, no places to park your car and still active parking mafia is great dissapoitment.

Too short visit... but Palermo looks "alive"... especially in comparison to Catania or Syracuse.
But we need to know November is out of the touristic season.
Palermo looks also cleaner than Catania or Syracuse.
More police in many places ... in groups of 4-6 carabiners ... even during the day. Simply observation.
Definitely worth to come back and see again :)

Palermo is a gem.
Palermo is a gem. Having spent a few days in Rome before coming over, the people in Palermo are more friendly and the food is much more diverse and flavorful—don’t forget to try the street food and the Ballaró market!

Palermo by itself can be toured in 2 or 3 days.
Palermo by itself can be toured in 2 or 3 days. However, it is an ideal location if you want to also go to Mondello beach (20 - 30 minute bus ride), Cefalu (1 hour train ride) or Agrigento, Erice, Salt Pans can we done via tour guide or train. It is a beautiful city that is easily walkable. The roads and side walks were all flat and in great conditions (which surprised me). I look forward to going back.

The hotel is situated in Via Roma near the railway station. An excellent starting point for exploring Palermo. It is on the four floors of the building. There is a friendly old fashion typical Italian-style elevator. There is a reception, and the staff is very helpful and polite. They will give you information about Palermo and Sicily. The room is extra big. There is air conditioning in the room. The breakfast is more than classical Italian. You can choose various options and also they will ask you to offer more food and drinks.
What a hidden gem in a bustling part of Palermo. Amazing little B&B with a lovely host. The room was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and way above my expectations - fantastic value. Breakfast is gorgeous - beats any large hotel buffet - and the cappucino made with love is the best I had during my 10 days in Sicily. The location is perfect - walking distance to the main sites. There's no lift however the host is happy to help with luggage so no problem at all. I cannot fault this place - will definitely be back.
Location was the best. It was only 20 metres from the maim street. Plus 300m from the Teatro Massimo. Breakfast was okay and was what was expected. We slept okay but the mattress could have been thicker. However, it higher star rated hotels we were in the beds were not any better. It must be standard in Sicily.
The hosts were very welcoming, they allowed us to check in a little early because the room was ready and they recommended the best places to see in Palermo and in the rest of Sicily plus explained us some fun facts and history of Sicily.
It is a great place to visit Palermo. Breakfast was the best in all Sicily. We travelled all around island and this place was the best. The host was kind and helpfull. The bed was comfortable. I recommend.
