Great place, we enjoyed it with my wife for a week and it was an AMAZING experience! The staff, the thermal pools and showers, the food, everything was really amazing!
The bedrooms were ok, I would have preferred a bit more comfortable beds, both for me and my wife were a bit too hard, but overall they were ok.

Nice warm and warmer swimming pools, not Natural looking like in some places but big enough and not over crowded (especially not the coolest pool).
Good food, friendly staff, all a bit different but enjoyable

It was a run down town that only catered to people wanting to swim in the spa pools in the hotels. the hotels could have been placed anywhere including a city centre - the local surroundings were very residential and un-interesting.

The hotel room has a passport security box, Hairdryer, big mirror.
A cleaner came every day to clean the room. The staff in the lobby were nice and gave good travel tips. Breakfast was included in the price. Swimming pools were heated.
from the moment we arrived and walked though the small but beautifully laid out manicured garden we were in awe. The hotel is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The Easter displays were enchanting, and the staff were excellent.
The hotel was very good and I recommend it. Especially for sports people that require physio.
The gym is good and the services (massages, Spa,...) are exceptional.
