Nice hotel in Marciano Marina. Clean and comfortable. Good Italian breakfast and very friendly staff. The location is perfect, less than a minute walking from the seaside and near all the restaurants and shops. It was also very easy to find free parking a few minutes away from the hotel.
Nestled in a beautiful area and surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation, Hotel Residence Isola Verde offers wonderful views and has an outdoor swimming pool.

Dining room, reception area, garden and swimming pool are nice and well maintained. Breakfast is rich and tasty. The hotel is positioned close to the promenade and beaches.
Small beach town vibe. Exactly what I wanted. Seemed like more locals than tourist when we first arrived. People were super nice. Close enough drive to some attractions in more "touristy" area.
Many pizzerias and restaurants. But quite few restaurants were reservations only, so if you want to go to specific restaurant to eat, you might want to call ahead and research. We end up eating at restaurants that didnt need reservations and I enjoyed it.... seafood was all I cared about! :-) If you are a meat-eater, you might find difficult to find steaks... definitely pizza and cold-cuts are there, though!
Plenty of bars, gift shops, etc. With reasonable prices. If you are a wine drinker, you might want to try Elban wine.
Beaches.... mainly rocky. Super clear water, but if you are looking for white sand beach, you might be disappointed. Me personally, I just love ocean no matter what, and dislike crowded beaches so it was just right.
You can rent a boat and go fish, too, but we didn’t do that. That's why I feel like I should've stayed longer.
Overall, if a small beach town with relaxed atmosphere and nice people, you'll like it there.

A comfortable boutique hotel and the junior suites were spacious. Its location is quiet with pleasant gardens. Staff were always helpful and knowledgeable and parking facilities (often tricky with hotels on Elba) were good. Excellent breakfasts.
The hotel is neat and clean and a great experience to stay for a short trip as a couple on the beautiful Elba Island. The location is very good, the beaches and town is lovely, definitely a good place to stay in Elba Islan
House was clean and comfortable, the furniture and the facilities were in a good shape, ready to be use. Nice view of the seaside, the mountains (Monte Capanne) and the town of Marciana Marina.
