This was our best stay during our roundtrip. The owner had prepared the hottub for us upon arrival. All is nice and tidy but the hallway is a bit narrow and some door is missing but not an essential door. But its minor detail. We got all we need, kitchen is nicely equiped and it was nicely decorated including some warm blankets if you want to dwell outside on private terrace to see auroras (for us too late in the season) and the hottub is easy to reach from inside as well. Sad we only stayed one night however. I definitely would consider to return.

Staff was very friendly & helpful when I called after taking a wrong turn (read a sign directing me to a different location). I had a view of the glacier from my room which was quite nice. The bed was very comfortable & the room was quiet. The shower was large with ample hot water.

About 30 minutes from Hofn and right off the Ring Road, the tents are in a beautiful location only 2 miles from the base of a glacier, which we were able to hike to. There are sheep roaming around, so watch where you step! Bathrooms were clean (no showers, which we knew), the water for hand washing was quite chilly, but we were happy there were real toilets. The bed was firm but comfy and the bedding kept us warm. It was a great experience!

The location and view from our 2nd floor room was amazing. Walking distance to some great restaurants. Very comfortable beds and very good breakfast. Very helpful staff. room although not very spacious was very functional and there was plenty of space for 2 big suitcases and 2 carryons. High end toiletries. There is no elevator but they helped us carry the luggage to the 2nd floor
