This stay was fantastic. I got in after a late train and Balaji was a welcome friendly face with a positive attitude. Rooms are new clean, and exactly what our family needed. Good water pressure/showers.We had an amazing experience at this location the staff were warm and welcoming!. All in, good stay.

I checked in the evening and wanted badly a shower. Turned the tap on and only cold water coming. I called the reception and some one answered rudely that 'You get 4 AM in the morning'. Next day morning still there is no hot water, just Luke warm water. Towels and bedsheets looks rubbish.
I don't recommend this hotel.
