Staff were very friendly. Food was excellent. Views from the rooms is fantastic. Swimming pool is very good. Whenever we want to go to river side, some was assisting us all the time. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Polaris.

Softouch Ayurveda Village in Kerala was superb, thank you! We stayed 2 nights in a lovely room, spacious, cool & elegantly decorated with a huge, well appointed bathroom. The main house is fantastic, a beautiful big old colonial home with really lovely eclectic style- designed by the owner. It is set in wonderful grounds next to the river- ideal for bird & nature watching. Most importantly of all though are the hosts- impressively professional & so kind & friendly! The food was delicious, we had great home cooked vegetarian meals. The Ayurvedic consultation & treatments were thoroughly explained & were very relaxing & reinvigorating. We enjoyed really great conversations with interesting people, they arranged trips out & were knowledgeable about the local flora, fauna & culture. Thank you!

I recently had the opportunity to stay in a cozy tent . and it was a wonderful escape from city life. The tent was well-maintained, clean, and surprisingly comfortable for an outdoor setting. The bedding was soft, and the tent itself felt spacious, with enough room for our gear. The surrounding area was peaceful, offering a perfect spot for relaxation. One of the highlights was waking up to the sounds of nature—birds chirping and the gentle rustling of leaves. For our luck the place at that time had only less than 3 guests so got a bit of privacy for ourselves.but the attitude of the caretakers were not pleasent. And there were no proper number of blankets avilable and a hell lot of mosquitoes. Even us found the stay not that pleasent so it is definitely not at all recommended to family or couples, also for the reason that there may be many other guests there as well checking in at late nights, so recommended only for solo travellers or backpackers if you get it at much lesser price than listed. Or it's not worth it.
