The property is beautiful. Checkin process was great and relaxing and front of house staff are excellent. Breakfast staff were superb, especially Harsh. The swimming pools are great and peaceful. The beach accessible from the hotel is clean and great for early morning/ sunset walks.

Amrapali-House of Grace, hotel in Bambolim

Amrapali - House of Grace is a 100-year-old lovingly restored Portuguese home on the banks of the river Zuari.

The property is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. The rooms are designed to an exceptional standard and are very clean. The service is really lovely, we were waited on hand and foot and every ask we had was accommodated for! Thank you to all the lovely staff! The breakfast and small plates were lovely.

Casa Menezes - A Heritage Goan Homestay, hotel in Bambolim

Featuring free WiFi, Homestay Casa Menezes offers pet-friendly accommodation in Bambolim. The homestay has a barbecue and views of the garden, and guests can enjoy a meal at the restaurant.

So much to like that I don't know where to begin, it's a quaint and beautifully maintained Portuguese home that David and Nicole have done an amazing job on. For those looking for authentic Goan food, do grab lunch or dinner at their kitchen. It's some of the best homemade Goan food I've had ... and made me felt at home. A definite recommendation for travellers looking for a homestay and revel in the beauty of old school Portuguese homes and food.

Casa DCM and Esmeralda - Villa's and Lake view Rooms in Bambolim with Swimming Pool acces, hotel in Bambolim

Offering a garden and lake view, Casa DCM and Esmeralda - Villa's and Lake view Rooms in Bambolim with Swimming Pool acces is set in Bambolim, 8 km from Basilica Of Bom Jesus and 8.4 km from Church of...

The location is very beautiful, the view of the lake and the pool area particularly lovely. Our hostess Maria could not have been more helpful, she attended to our every need including doing our laundry and organising transport. However, the location may not suit all, it is very quiet and a taxi is needed to go anywhere. The villa was spacious and it was delightful sitting in the porch reading. Perfect for a relaxing few days.

    Nothing to like.

Nothing to like. What wasn't the best...... the size of the rooms, the complimentary "veg" breakfast which was standard everyday, the expensive food which didn't have great taste. I travelled around Goa and dined outside at another place and fortunately, they offered delivery of food / meals to Bambolim. Even swiggy was there. I should be grateful for these two options to were there to withstand the duration of my stay along with family members.

Bambolim is a quiet place with easy access to other places

Bambolim is a quiet place with easy access to other places The restaurant staff, room cleaning staff and pool staff were so friendly and kind although the reception staff were difficult to deal with , Especially when we arrived after a long flight were questioning our payment in advance which they had to look for on their bank statement to confirm which was very tiring and humiliating The same member of staff refused to accept that i had paid for my dinner in the restaurant and asked us to pay again at 3am in the morning when checking out ! Yes there are weddings all the time and can be loud especially as we were trying to relax , we had to go out and come back after 10pm as the windows were physically shaking some nights ! We were the only European guests in the hotel and were made to feel welcome by the staff , especially when my husband was sick It was unfortunate that we had to move out of our room for 2 nights as they were overbooked with wedding guests but luckily we moved back again as the bed was by far better than the other room , which was rock hard and uncomfortable It was difficult to relax as there was drilling and path repairs going on around the pool when we were there for a few days and they were constantly setting up for weddings in various places around the hotel even around the pool Having said that i went to the Hyatt on a day pass which is along the road and it was equally as noisy I preferred Bambolim Beach resort as it is surrounded by trees and nature and there is a lovely view of the sea and beach Although it is a cheaper hotel and needs some upgrading it was our preferred choice Don't accept the first room they offer you as there are much nicer options with king size comfy beds, a better view !

Hotel was fantastic. 5 star luxury and extremely helpful staff. Hotel pool was the best I have ever seen. Lots of dining options on site - Indian (v good), Italian (variable), bar and pool tapas (v good). Easy to arrange cabs for short journeys to nearby fish/ shellfish restaurants and beaches: Recommend - Utorda beach Zeebop beachside restaurant and bar - Sea Pebbles restaurant, Dona Paula - The Fisherman's Wharf, Panjim

This place is for those who wish to experience the charm of old Goa and yet not too far from the touristic spots of Old Goa (20 minutes drive), or the hotspots near the North Goa beaches (30-40 minutes drive)

The location of the resort is nice however you can see that the structure is old and not always properly maintained. The staff at the reception is nice but quite disorganized while the staff at the bar although being really nice are also quite slow.

Bambolin is a mixed fishing and leisure beach.

Bambolin is a mixed fishing and leisure beach. It is not in the same league as the best Goan beaches but it is handy for the airport and the Grand Hyatt Hotel. The beach is clean but there is lots of litter in the surrounding woods. If your focus is the beach, go elsewhere. If you are more interested in culture and experiences it is fine.

Nothing at all, the management is pathetic and they don't know how to run a hotel, i had booked 4 rooms for six nights and i cancelled in the middle and the hotel management refused to give a refund but finally they agreed after a lot of arguments.... They are just looking for a one time booking from the guests.Never book this hotel , if you want to stay peacefully or to relax ..their breakfast is horrible and it looks like a third class marriage reception...

A lovely place to stay to experience local Goa in the countryside. Breakfast was excellent - tasty, variety, plenty - a real Goan breakfast. David and Nicole were perfect hosts and wanted you to experience their home and neighbourhood. They went out of their way to help in any way possible Borrowed bikes from them to go to Bambolim beach. Time to be able to unwind, cycling to lake to bird watch, visit bakery and walk to local restaurant Edwards Yard.

We were there for just a few hours so did not use any of the facilities or food services. The staff were very friendly and helpful as we left the hotel very early in the morning/ middle of the night.
