Vrbnik is an amazing village.
Vrbnik is an amazing village. It is worth exploring Krk island as there are many villages worth seeing - Krk old town is a must. Taxis are limited and expensive so make sure you have a car or budget for taxis. Uber is not available.

The view from the terrace at restaurant Nada was stunning. It’s a small town, so getting around is easy. The restaurants were terrific. But the parking is offsite a bit, so coming and going is a hike. There are many benches around the town.

Vrbnik is a beautiful little town set on the gorgeously-blue waters that surround the island of Krk. It has fascinating nooks and crannies, wonderfully labyrinthine streets and many places to relax, either having a meal, coffee or doing some sunbathing/swimming. It is a little town with soul. Vrbnik is easy to understand, nice little town placed on 3 hills and the valleys between them. Almost every building has a sea view, roads are narrow, but easy to navigate. Several large parking spots around town. Dining is a bit overpriced, but good. Nice, natural beaches are within walking distance.

We made day trips to other parts of the island and loved to come back to Vrbnik in the evening. The apartment is very clean and modern, nice little kitchen to prepare little things. Anamaria and her family is very kind. We definetly would love to come back one day. The communication was very easy and Anamaria responded super fast ;)ChristineGermany

There was also room to park the car in front of the entrance, which was great. Unfortunately, I only spent 1 night at this place, but the apartment was fully equipped so if I wanted I could have prepared meals there. Thumbs up!
