Tucepi is a pretty resort approximately 15 minutes' drive from Makarska. The beach is pebbly and the sea beautifully clear. We found one end to be quite windy and the sea choppy, whereas the area closer to the marina was more sheltered. We visited in late September when the season was obviously coming to an end as some bars and restaurants were closed. Beautiful town with access to lots of surrounding areas. Beach lovely, great promonade with plenty of food choices..would love to have had more time there ...and Villa Athina was a great place to stay

A delightful find.
A delightful find. Perfectly centrally located, right on the walking path along the pebbled beach. Put on your water shoes and enjoy. Beautiful huge pool with plenty of chairs but we were in the off season early October. We had half board at the hotel. The food is plentiful, you won’t go hungry but meats tend to be dry or overcooked. Still it was good value.SylvieCanada

It's a bit uphill like the whole town but manageable. Everything is within walking distance. The room is great, has a lovely balcony and there's a shared kitchen downstairs which makes you feel you have a lot more space to yourself. The hosts are an AMAZING family! I couldn't have found a better accomodation option in Tučepi if I tried.

We were able to be in the restaurant outside or in the courtyard garden with our dog and that was something we really loved that there were no limits for where you can bring the dog or not.
