We loved the apartment and the location. Anita was so friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do on the island. Everything was in great condition and the town of Sobra had everything we needed from quick bites to a small market.

This nice roomy and clean apartment was exactly what we expected. We communicated in English with a relative of the host and that worked perfectly. The host was very kind despite the lack of a common language and she offered us tomatoes and almonds from the garden :)

Sobra is tiny and suitable for people wanting an exceptionally quiet holiday, or who have a car or bike to get about & see more of Mljet. It has two restaurants and a sandwich shop and a very small mini mart with extremely limited stock (eg no eggs or hard cheese the week we were there). The restaurants are fine- one is predominantly pizzas and the other has a good choice. There are some walks out of Sobra if you’re ok with very hilly terrain and rough underfoot.ElizabethUnited Kingdom - Scored 1010
Very convenient location if you come with ferry and car.
Very convenient location if you come with ferry and car. On the central part of island easy to reach all parts. Still, very peacefull, nice beach with clear sea and stunning view at sun rise in the morning.

We had a small lovely terrace in the rock :) Wi-Fi was ok. Very clean. There are a parking spots in the street above (generally parking is not an issue on Mljet). Hosts were absolutely amazing and makes us feel like at home. You have small beaches walking distance, Sobra is best to explore whole island. strong recommendation.MiroslavSerbia
