Great breakfast, the lady working there was a sweetheart, location good, but I imagine the parking situation would be hard in the summer.

Not much really. Our first ever all-inclusive and would not drag us back a second time. Some of the people looking after us were fantastic but unfortunately it felt like too many were looking forward to the end of the season and were difficult to engage with in the dining room, e.g. for drinks.

had the best stay at the family run Malia Mare Hotel in Crete, Greece. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet, and they were cleaned efficiency daily. The hotel breakfast provided a wide range of dishes to choose from that catered to British as well as European, NZ/Australian tastes - as well as local dishes. The pool area was a fantastic place to relax the day away while the staff provided a large range of very tasty food and drink options at the pool bar. The best part of the stay was the family and staff that ran the hotel. They were extremely accommodating, more than happy to assist you with your stay, and cared about their guests. I was very impressed. It was a real joy to stay in a family run hotel that didn't treat you as a number. The hotel is 3-star, so it is not the most modern with all the bells and whistles. However, the great rooms, hotel facilities and most of all the wonderful staff makes it a Real Gem as well as great value for money.

Great location. Lovely modern furnished room. Comfortable large bed and great shower facilities. Plenty of good quality towels and clothes hanging space. Owner / family were very friendly and happy to help. Bar/food options available were very good. Looking forward to our return.

Room was cozy, we had an upgrade to swimup rooms! That was very nice surprise. Hotel area was really nice and staff was friendly and helpful.
