Kolimbia is a small town predominantly made of hotels and a handful of souvenir shops and small supermarkets. It has a nice beach made of a mixture of small pebbles and sand and can get quite crowded. There are electric scooters to hire which made getting around fun and really easy. We were all inclusive so didn't go to the handful of bars or restaurants but they looked ok. We did use Mike's watersport hire to hire a boat for a few hours, and went scuba diving with Waterhoppers, which was a brilliant experience for our 8 and 12yo

There are many different activities available for any taste especially for water sport, hiking and riding fans. I spent 10 days and never get bored. Plenty of restaurants and good food. Around Rhodes plenty of islands so you can arrange a day trip to any of them. Locals very nice and supportive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and offered all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to such a stunning panorama each morning truly set the tone for the rest of the day. Whether I was enjoying a quiet cup of coffee in the morning or unwinding in the evening, the view was simply spectacular. The hotel's location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The on-site dining options were fantastic, with delicious meals that catered to a variety of tastes. Overall, my stay at this hotel was an exceptional experience, and I can't wait to return. Friendly area, the 3 food places that stood out were Zeus street food (Gyros), food box (Gyros) and Rossodi Sera. The latter was a family run authentic Italian restaurant and the loveliest owners. The best pasta and pizza we’ve ever had. We returned a further 2 more times and was provided with the music playlist as I thought it was SUCH a good vibe for dinner. You have many bus stops around Kolymbia which makes it easy to get to all the great sight seeing spots. It takes around an hour to get to old town which is worth it for €2.80pp.

Small resort with local bus service available to access the rest of the island. You can see the town in a day. Great for fly and flop holiday. We loved to eat at F&B Experience. Be prepared for the windy island we had up to 35k winds. Mostly French, German and Polish guests with only a few English, we like that.

anavadia hotel have very good food all inclusive lot of drinks for free very quiet location 10 min walking to local beach but very near best sandy beach in rhodos tsambika/1o min with car/staff very friendly very good holiday!
