The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. Really went above and beyond, especially for a guest only there for one night. They arranged for an early morning airport taxi, assisted placing a food delivery order for me and set the table for me to dine, plus offered me breakfast before the official start time so that I could have something before my early morning flight.

It truly is a family resort - it was so easy to relax when they have everything you need - kid-friendly food, high chairs, shade options, kid pools, blackout blinds, soundproofed room, playgrounds, activities - it was great!! Great coffee machines! Beautiful view from our room. Food was delicious and the buffet patio overlooking the sea was wonderful. We rented a car and took a day trip to Chania.

Isla Brown was the perfect retreat to just relax. Beautiful views, great swimming pools, a lot of activities within and outside the hotel. Buffet had great food!

Very welcoming - lots of little extras left for us in the kitchen. Close to markets, coffee shop. Lovely private patio for all 6 units. Quiet area, plenty of space for 3-4 people in our unit. Relaxing and clean.
