Kampos is a nice area full of older mansions, many restored for use as bed and breakfast. The mansions typically have high walls, and extensive gardens inside the courtyards, full of trees and flowers. It is generally a quiet area, very quaint, and close to major roads leading south, north, and west, not far from the capital city and the airport. We ate at a variety of establishments, both in the nearby village and on the coast. All had fresh seafood and local dishes and the prices were very reasonable. We didn't find a place anywhere that could be considered a "tourist trap."

We stayed in the three beds family room. It was big and comfy. The location is also good but you need to rent a car to move arpınd Chios, it’s a big island. There is nowhere you can reach walking, unless you stay in the center. And don’t leave the shopping to the last day just like we did, everything closes in the middle of the day for siesta!

We were all like we knew her since years. The hotel itself is a historical building, pretty cute, extremely silent, very close to the port which is 5-8 mins slow driving (I don't prefer hotels near to ports/stations). Rooms are super clean and some have a mini kitchen.

The hotel is also very nice, rooms are comfortable, the breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend everyone to visit and feel the nice atmosphere in there.
