Very nice apartment, very very clean. The location on the island is great, very central. There a grocery store walking distance, many good restaurants in many towns nearby in the 1 to 10 minutes drive range. Hosts helpful:and welcoming. Very nice patio.

A Charming village for having quiet holidays , there are a few restaurants with good food and friendly people :) there are several good beaches in Kea but you need a car to visit them , quiet , small beaches with great food and crystal clear water :)

We were staying a few twisty miles from the main town which is a very interesting place on a steep hill and with almost no traffic - the streets and alley ways are just too narrow. A highly interesting and atmospheric town with at least 2 good restaurants. It is set on a steep hillside and a good deal of strenuous walking is included in a stay-walking is the only way to get around. The 2500 years old stone lion on the edge of town is worth the effort to get to it. The beaches rival those of anywhere in the world.
The beaches rival those of anywhere in the world. This history of the Island is fascinating and the locals genuinely friendly. I would recommend this Island and in particular the villa we stayed at for peace, tranquillity and beauty. The view of the harbour at night is so beautiful. No wonder the ferries are so busy bringing people from the mainland.

Our host Marios was very helpful throughout, from his communications prior to our trip, to meeting us at the property and showing us around, to collecting the keys when we left. The property is in central Ioulida and close to the bus stop, taxi rank, mini-markets and restaurants. It is also a great centre for hiking (if that is your thing) with numerous waymarked routes.
