Good location, very welcoming people Kind stuff..very good food ..large rooms with excellent environment..parking , and a beach 50m away ....

There is nothing to be like at the properly once my and my family went there we realise that all five star reviews and images are fake . The place is abonden the restaurant of the place is closed and not working the pool and it’s bar does not work the activities are abonden with spider webs and dust and does not work . The location of the place is horrible every restaurant it’s 45 min walk , imagine in that heat with two small children how is to walk for 45 min just to eat something . We were forced to rent a car to actually discover other restaurant and other parts of the island . The beach is not near the place is at least 20min walk . The beach is rocky and they have one place with sun bed that the first day it costs us €15 euro with two bottle of water however on the next day the staff of that place were putting towels to look like the sun beds are taken. But in reality they wanted people with money to take them only not like us with children with limited budget ! The staff of the hotel they did not speak English it is consisted by elderly man around 60-65 years old who does not speak English who seem to be the security as well as at night reception does not work ! A woman who seem to smoke at reception and be disrespectful towards guests . A young boy who probably he also wonder why is he still working in there who works everything information providing glasses from the non working restaurant and at reception and anywhere else needed. Also an Owner of the place that sleeps with his family and their dog who seem to use the pool after guest leave when it closes including the dog !!! The hotel full of cats everywhere , The rooms are dirty and old and the showers did not work and they only sparkle water, floor dirty when we arrive with some spots cannot clarify from what , the AC never cleaned covered in dust ! The canal of the bathrooms destroyed and not fixed by health and safety standard dangerous for children !

very good all inclusive programme, sufficient room size for family of 4, newly-equipped room and bathroom, nice pool areas (tobogans and small pools for children, pool with music but also silent area with swimming pools..

Great location and the staff are absolutely wonderful . The rooms are cleaned daily and it’s close to everything near by . You won’t find a better place to stay for the price . The owners are wonderful people and are more than welcome to accommodate your needs . Definitely recommend 10/10 stay

Welcoming stuff good facilities

Very conveniently located off Rodos Lindos Expressway in Afandou which gets you to many points north or south. Great beaches nearby. The hosts were excellent and wanted to make sure that we were always happy. We had a sweetheart that took care of our room, she's wonderful we love her. All in all we had a wonderful stay.

Right in the centre, close to bars, restaurants, the bus terminal and 20 minutes from the beach. Best of all located up a quiet street….. perfect 👍🏽
