The location was spot on the room On the 3rd floor ideal the I didn’t hear any noise from other guests the room was so comfortable I like the black out look no stray lights shinning in . The bathroom shower was very good just everything about the place from entrance to decor plus staff

Staff were very helpful. It had on site parking. Access for wheelchair was excellent. Room and bathroom were large and easily accessible by wheelchair.

I was unable to get to the property because I booked last moment and an additional deposit of £400 was being asked for which I was unable to pay as this had not been disclosed beforehand. I lost my booking money because of this as it was non refundable. It should have been mentioned on the site that a refundable deposit would be asked for on booking
