    Real issue is its impossible to get hold of anyone without your booking reference. If that's on your phone and you lose access you cannot get any help. You really need a24/7 emergency number with a human at the other end.

    Each room had been beautifully decorated and had its own ensuite. They all looked over the garden and were all light and airy. Breakfast was available if required and it was only a short walk into local town for a meal. Being close to Heathrow was a big plus @nd the owner Paul provided transportation to the airport at a small cost.

    for a 1 night stop over I'd recommend this location, but not for anything longer than that, and you have to have very tough skin to accommodate the heat of the shower - scorching! But otherwise, the bed was comfortable, and that's all we wanted. Would i say it was worth the £88 we spent, probably not, but it was the cheapest in the vicinity of the airport, so we took it.

    brilliant host, amazing room, it was very clean and well kept. the bed was very comfortable. the chinese food was very generous in size. i would definitely recommend. its also very near terminal 4,5 and you can take the underground to other terminald for free. we'd like to wish them the best for the future. thank you ever so much for an amazing experience

    The property is close to the airport, but there is nothing close to the airport (almost liked a deserted place). The room is damp and smells. I asked the owner later to provide shuttle service to the airport, but he never got back to me. Also, when we left at 5am, we closed the front door, but the owner claimed that the front door was unlocked and they had to send someone to secure the door without any proof. Now, they dare to request 100 pounds of damage, which is insane. There is no damage. I cannot pay without any proof. They had to send me proof and they had to show me that they paid someone 100 pounds. They just want to blackmail travellers.

    For travellers through terminal 4 Heathrow, that property is not the best. They removed £26 from my card instantly, in the nane of security deposit, as they sent checked In instruction. What is in the property worth debiting such amount? Now, 5 days after checked out they've not refunded my money! Booking.com did not alert me that the property would deduct such money before check In, I would have not booked it. It was an unpleasant experience in recent time❗️

    No flexibility of checkin, i reached at the property 12:00 PM and they said the check in will be at 15:00. There was no such things mentioned in the booking details. As i was tired i book another hotel stay there. I will not recommend anyone to book and have the same problem.

    Had to go to another hotel. RC Airport Rooms didn’t provide the accommodation and instructions were wrong. I contacted their support but they couldn’t help. No check in arranged.
