The restaurant has a very relaxing ambience, there was a wide selection of foods. The staff were very pleasant and willing to help. Our room was quiet and equipped with everything we needed. The staff who cleaned & tidied the room daily did a very good job!

The property was near the centre of St. Helier. It was convenient to walk there. The staff and owner were very pleasant at reception, in the bar and in the breakfast room. We have stayed in this hotel every time we go to Jersey. We always have the same room. Very difficult to find anything that we did not like. Good location, enormous breakfast, lovely room (we always ask for the same room). Staff could not be more friendly and helpful. Full marks.
