It was lovely to stay in Betws y coed itself we sometimes stay a few miles outside so this was lovely plus it has swimming pool and sauna etc and we could take the dog and stay in the lodges around the back of the hotel

The staff were great and super friendly. There was even a Christmas quiz with some of the hotel's fajily and friends. Lovely comfortable area to sit with dogs with a lovely large log burner. The hotel room was adequate and well equipped. The breakfast was wonderful, plenty of choice on continental and hot menu, and as vegans, we were very well catered for. The dog got a sausage too! The location was fantastic and the main reason we chose to stay. Overall we were not disappointed and would love to stay here again.

Gorgeous views, the location provided a useful position to drive to other places. If you enjoy a quiet countryside vista and not fussed about places to eat, it fits the bill perfectly. It is at least 40mins to the different tourist locations in North Wales
