I booked cranbrook got to the hotel was deceptively rerouted to another hotel called park hotel and park hotel rerouted me back to a private residence and fearing for my safety I quickly rejected it and they were forced to accommodate me at the park hotel . There was no internet, or tv and no breakfast like cranbrook will always give which I paid for. I felt scammed and humiliated vowed never to set foot there again(cranbrook) I would prefer a strong apology from them or I will escalate my experience further. I’ve been a loyal cranbrook customer way back from 2017 so I am shocked at this treatment . I quickly moved over to ilford grand hotel nearby,almost same price but with a stunning disparity in service and comfort
