It was in a great location as it was a 5 minute walk to the station and in a nice street. It was very clean and had all the necessities. The host was also extremely friendly and very helpful and thorough with information at check in. Overall great stay

The Staff was amazing. Our flight arrived late. We were not able to arrive to the Airman before there closing check in time. But a wonderful lady stayed late and let us in at 12:45 AM. We were so thankful!

We cannot rave enough about this hotel!! We were impressed by its beauty the moment we entered. Much more than we expected from an airport hotel; they usually seem more practical than beautiful. It was a nice touch that we were given coupons for a free drink from the bar. The room was very attractive and immensely comfortable, as well as sparkling clean. But what blew us away was the breakfast that is included in the price of the room. It is a buffet that is presented beautifully, and the food is delicious, as well. Allow plenty of time to enjoy it! There is a choice of egg dishes they will make if you have time to order. And they will make specialty coffee drinks, as well. The dining room is very posh; it was an amazing surprise!

A 4-minute drive from Brentford Train Station, Novotel London Brentford is less than 8 miles east of Heathrow Airport.

Staff are attentive and friendly. Go the extra bit. Very close to Richmond park / easy no stress for families with young children but also appeals to adults. Bedrooms are comfy. Restaurant is good - try the mussels! Quirky and modern but has a classic flare to it as well.

The Boleyn Hotel, under new ownership/management is a charming 3 star listed hotel opposite the River Thames dating back to the 16th century.
