Comfortable, very clean, effective air conditioning. Nice adjoining rooms for our family. We only slept there so can't comment on anything else. Very close to metro station and an easy journey to Lille railway stations.

Tourcoing has an excellent choice of transport connections to Lille. It’s a clean safe modern town with an excellent mid-town shopping centre with an Auchan supermarket and easy parking. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants for all tastes and budgets.LyndallFrance - Scored 6.06.0

Close to Tourcoing station, Quick Burger nearby for late arrival but make sure you get correct order before leaving premises as staff seem dippy, we ordered burgers/frites, got to hotel and discovered no burgers, went back and were presented with another bag, when got back to hotel discovered it was only frites, still no burgers but too tired to return again so 18 euros for chips was quite expensive!! Poorly lit carpark at PC so bring torch.

Tourcoing is a pleasant enough place with a fine Cathedral/Church. The Market is lively and the town centre smart. But its real value is as a springboard for trains all over France and therefore Europe. These trains often seem to be a trifle cheaper than similar trains from Lille Paris or Brussels. If one finds air travel unpleasant (the ridiculous business of taking off ones belt and shoes) or perhaps wishes to lower ones carbon footprint, train travel wins on lo many levels so explore the timetables from Tourcoing where you will find Europe at your fingertipsDavidSpain

Everything was excellent from the great communication to the warm welcome to the nice comfortable room and facilities. Celine went to a lot of trouble preparing a full gluten free breakfast. It was fantastic. Celine was very kind to offer us a travel card for transport to Lille. We would highly recommend a stay in the Petit Chateau and want to thank Celine and Sebastian for their hospitality.

It is located opposite the Mercure metro station on line 2 so is an easy connection if arriving in Lille by Eurostar. Breakfast was an extra but the continental selection was very good. We stayed in Tourcoing rather than central Lille as we were attending a show at Le Grand Mix which was a twenty minute walk away or a four stop ride on the metro to Colbert station.
