Everything was lovely. I had the hotel schedule a car service to arrive and return to the TGV station. They were excellent. I scheduled a 90 minute massage that was wonderful. The accommodations were great value for the money.

EXCELLENT experience. Facilities are MUCH nicer than we expected. Availability of after hours snacks and curated wine was an unexpected bonus. Cathy the hostess was beyond excellent, helping us tailor our days and nights with recommendations that were invaluable. Both Cathy and the other worker (name escapes me) were upbeat, friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Gordes is a plus.

A very quiet area lush with beautiful trees and cottages. Very peaceful place to stay. The owners were very kind and prompt at replying to my messages. They even kept my suitcase for me after checkout so I could ensure it wasn’t stolen out of my van while I went to work for the day.
They were also very kind and gave me two extra pillows so I could sleep propped up, since I have asthma. And my vehicle was too large to use the usual guest-gate, so they gave me access to their private driveway instead. Very helpful hosts and accommodating.
Small but fully stocked kitchen with everything you need.

A Beautiful historic hilltop village.
A Beautiful historic hilltop village. Lots of payed parking available on top. It’s possible to walk up but we decided against it in the heat. The drive up is very scenic. There is lots of cute little shops and Restaurants with different price classes. Lots of tourism in summer!

If you're planning on driving here with a rental car please be aware that it is extremely busy and the roads are incredibly narrow. My experienced driver was uncomfortable with parallel parking next to a precipitous drop The view that you often see in photos from the lookout near the village is beautiful but what you don't see are the lines of other people waiting to get the same shot. In short, it's incredibly touristy which does take away from the quaint ambiance I was looking for. We also visited Fontaine de Vancleur and found that village to be more manageable in terms of crowds, parking, and driving.

Gordes is a magical town, it's all walkable and you'll have plenty of choice for restaurants, be careful not to set out for dinner too late though as places seem to close quite early.
We had a fantastic meal at La Trinquette which I highly recommend. There's also a lively outdoor bar/restaurant opposite with a view!
If you're staying in the area and have access to a car, make sure you check out Abbaye Notre-Dame de Sénanque for it's beautiful exterior lined with Lavender (no need to get sucked in to the hour tour), also be sure to visit Le Sentier des Ocres, Roussillon is a stunning town and the orange Quarry is definitely something not to miss!
Parking can be quite tricky in the very heart but it's a small town and two mins up the road is a massive car park.

Gordes is a beautiful medieval village with lovely shops and restaurants and stunning views. It has a wonderful market every Tuesday morning. However it can get hectically busy during the day as it is phenomenally popular with tourists. It’s best to visit it early, around 10 am, and even at 9am on market day. Limited parking if one is not staying within walking distance nearby

Gordes is a beautiful town with amazing views, some nice shops, several good restaurants, lovely village market on Tuesday mornings.
Stayed on the hill leading up to Gordes, about a 10 minute walk from the city. Perfect location - got some exercise walking up every day, but had enjoyed the space and quiet of being outside the village
Ate at several restaurants in Gordes. Most enjoyed our meals at L'Outsider and Le Garden.
We visited early June. The village had lot's of tourists but wasn't too busy overall. Expect it would be much more crowded in July and August

Les Terrasses is perfectly situated for exploring Gordes and the surrounding area. Our accommodation was better than anticipated (even better than the photos suggest); Perle was incredibly spacious with a very comfortable bed and an excellent bathroom. We loved the two little terraces and easy access to the pool. The breakfast was superb and it was great to meet other guests and to chat to Frederic and his partner. Some great other touches too, like an aperitif one evening, which made this an exceptional stay.
Unbeatable location, just 10 minutes walk feom beautiful Gordes! Very nice apartment very well furnished, with sunbeds and garden set outside for al fresco dining😊 The whole complex very beautiful, with lots of green and flowers and a very nice pool😊 The hosts were fantastic, very welcoming and mostly helpful😊😊😊
Extremely beautiful and well maintained property, with exceptional gardens and a lovely view over the countryside.
It’s also a 5-7 minute walk into Gordes, which is very convenient for seeing the beautiful town.
The couple who run the B&B are so lovely, and took great care of us!
