This was our third stay at this hotel. We have found it a perfect location for access to central Béziers (on foot) as well as for Grau and Cap d’Agde towns and beaches. It is a modern hotel with comfortable air conditioned rooms and secure parking. Breakfast choice is excellent and staff very courteous and helpful. The swimming pool is an added bonus. We highly recommend the hotel.

Good value, clean, as described. Checked in a bit early which was very much appreciated.

This was our first trip to Beziers for over 20 years, and it has gotten better. A beautiful Old Town with a cluster of lovely restuarants, bistrols and cafes near to the Cathedral and prison. An excellent (free) sonne et lummier presentation tracking the development of the city for over 1000 years. And the central zone at the bottom of Old Town has been extensively removated and extended, with some fantastic lighting art in the parks.
We stayed in Beziers primarily to visit friends in the area, but next time we'll go to visit only Beziers ;-)

Forbes said it best: "Béziers has the architecture of Paris, the beaches of Cannes, the food and hospitality of Tuscany and the prices of Cedar Rapids." We did not get a chance to see the beaches and the market was closed for renovation, but when it opens it will be a gem.

We were just passing by and were curious about the town as we had read some good reviews. The area around the cathedral is nice with lovely views of the surrounding countryside but a part from that there was nothing else that caught our attention. We were surprised by the presence of people just wandering around (drunk or else) and this is more noticeable in a small town like Beziers. Unfortunately it did not meet our expectations.

We enjoyed our one night stay in Beziers .
We enjoyed our one night stay in Beziers . It’s really lovely around the cathedral next to the hotel where we stayed with great views over the area and beyond . Eating out is a pleasure as there are many restaurants to choose from . If busy it’s best to book . We enjoyed walking around the town looking at the Trompe L’oiel on the walls . There is a trail to follow but we didn’t have time . We would have liked to have visited the canal locks nearby too . Unless there are events on , it’s not the most exciting town but we really enjoyed it and if visiting again would stay 3-6 nights using the town as a base to explore other areas /towns nearby .

The centre of town was just a few minutes walk away, through a noisy underpass. Beziers was charming, the people friendly and the food good. Railway and bus connections were easy. The central boulevard and Plateau des Poets ideal for a pleasant stroll. Canal du Midi a bonus!

Later in the evenings there were a lot of immigrants in the main square. We ate at one of the restaurants recommended by our host. We visited the 9 locks which was very interesting, with a restaurant on site.
Very beautiful decorated place with southern France charm. A very lovely and big shared patio (just one neighbour) with private outdoor space. Location is just perfect and a visit to city center is possible via multiple roads on just 5 minutes. Also enough parking space in this part of the city (even on the same street). If you would prefer more safety the parking garage is just a fede minutes walk.
Exceptional. The old building with a very French character which is fantastically atmospheric and well designed and furnished, well taking care of with a nice variety of super clean rooms and lobbies. It gives you a very special feeling as you are a very important guest of the hotel which is not very common for France and the French hospitality. Very positively impressed.
Exceptionally high standard: dishwasher, coffee machine with coffee supplied, comfortable bed, air conditioning, gated parking, furnishings and equipment ..and little extras. Reviews mentioned location but in our experience, this is just normal France on the outskirts of a large town. We certainly didn’t feel unsafe walking in or out of the town at night.
