Bathroom needs little tweaks like tightening of fittings but otherwise excellent. Staff were well trained Nanise at Reception was exceptional. I even saw an executive member of staff picking rubbish He said it was Leadership by example

The service was exceptionally good, I felt welcomed almost like coming home, and i got there quite late at 8:30 pm. The building renovation and design is nice and the apartment room was very spacious and fitted out in a modern style, also well equipped. And the food from the cafe was great! They also coped well with my dietary requirements
