Excellent location, right in front of a tram stop, clean, spacious rooms with a desk, chairs, mini fridge, and extremely helpful staff. There's a computer for public use and the staff offers to print things for you as well. We didn't add breakfast to our stay because we were visiting family, but what we saw looked great. There was also a supermarket literally around the corner. We stayed five days and it was perfect.

Firstly, the service is very bad. The air conditioners are turned off at night, which is very bad. The rooms do not have any services and it is not suitable to be a hotel in the first place.

Everything is very clean: room and common areas. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good: I really enjoyed coffee and fresh orange juice! Very nice and cosy environment. Had everything what is needed.
