Hotel is spotlessly clean and in a good central location for beach and old town. We had a very late check in and staff had kindly left beautiful salads in dining room. Breakfast was good with enough choice to suit all. Dinner was mostly Spanish menu but not a problem as plenty of good cheap restaurants around if you want something different. Room for 3 people was spacious with great air conditioning. Rooms cleaned every day with fresh towels and bed linen changed every other day I think. Pool area good, very clean with plenty of sun beds

Benidorm is a great location for all ages.
Benidorm is a great location for all ages. Whether you are with friends and coming to party or a family with young or older children there is something for everyone. We have experienced both sides and come every year. The strip is absolutely wild at the best of times, and the Fiestas in November are not to be missed. Between the Spanish traditions and the British Fancy Dress day, I would say everyone who loves a party needs to do it atleast once. Likewise, a family holiday staying at some of the all inclusive resorts, you have everything right on your doorstep. A great holiday destination.

Lots of sunshine and temperatures in the high teens even thought it was late-November/early-December. Much less crowded than in the spring and summer. Great choice of cafes and bars, and some excellent walking from the edge of town.

I was visiting for a specific event and thought Benidorm was OK for a short trip but I felt I had seen everything I wanted to see after a couple of days. Vegetarian food choices were very limited. It's not somewhere that I would come back to. Visited in November and it felt too crowded, can't imagine how overwhelming it would be in the summer!

Extremely clean hotel and perfect for our one night stay in Benidorm. Great location to the strip and getting to the beach. Pool area was good although we didn’t access it very much during our 24 hours. Seemed like the hotel was good for families and activities were going on throughout the day. Food for breakfast was a very good selection with something for everyone. Reception staff were friendly and always on hand to get us a taxi when we needed it to get to Old Town and the bus station.
You cannot want for a better location, nicer people of a better hotel.in old town Benidorm. We would not book anywhere else. Breakfast is an absolute treat. The rooms are well furnished, clean, great shower, small but reasonable balcony. Tea and Coffee always available. Parking available at a very reasonable rate. As earlier wouldn't stay anywhere else in Benidorm
Lovely small hotel, well located in Old Town of Benidorm with easy access to shops, bars and restuarants and close to both Levante and Poniente beaches and the Balcon del Mediterraneo. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Superior Twin Room was large and comfortable. Very good breakfast. A good find and would highly recommend.
Hotel Irati was an easy booking, who's staff were warm, and welcoming.
The hotel was clean and tidy, which included our rooms cleaned everyday.
The hotel is located central to all the amenities within Benidorm, Old Town.
Breakfast which included a drink was included as part of our stay, this was made individual and cooked fresh.
Location is amazing, very close to the old town and plenty of shops/cafés right near the apartment.
Really close to the beach and 10/15 minute walk to the new side of Benidorm. The property was clean and modern, staff were friendly and helpful.
We used the facilities at Hotel Benidorm Plaza which were fabulous too.
