Arcos de la Frontera is the starting point for the White towns tour. Parking is in an underground car park outside the old town and the climb to the church and mirador is steep. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants, make the effort to get to the top. The Parador was good but not great service or menu, we preferred the other restaurant we used. ARCOS is a great village to explore.
ARCOS is a great village to explore. Is one of the best white villages we visited. The people there are happy to see you. You can talk to everyone, young, old, including the police and they laugh at your jokes (mine). Food is awsome.

The Hotel was easy to locate, the private underground parking was good, the Staff were great, and the place itself had a lot of things to see and do, the surrounding Countryside is definitely worth driving through, and the food in the cafe/ bar/ restaurants, was very good as of course was the drink. Arcos de la Frontera is a beautiful town.
Arcos de la Frontera is a beautiful town. Perhaps the prettiest of Los Pueblos Blancos, The old town is steeped in history from the Roman period onward. The expansive views from the hilltop are wonderful, and the peek-a-boo views down narrow streets between whitewashed walls are both pretty and intriguing. Good restaurants (try Restaurante Aljibe for Morrocan, or Los Juventes Flamencos for Andalusian) are steps away from good accommodation. If I ever have the privilege of returning to Andalusia, Arcos will definitely be on the itinerary.DavidCanada - Scored 8.08.0
I've been to another Pueblos Blancos town that I liked much...
I've been to another Pueblos Blancos town that I liked much more (Frigliana). This town if much larger, but I was disappointed that there weren't more squares with cafes around them. The main square in the old town is a parking lot! It's a nice enough town, but one or two days there is plenty.
