A small, quiet village.
A small, quiet village. As the present owner just bought the property, she was busy reorganizing. The restaurant and bar were temporarily closed, would open again in august. Rooms etc. were as described. Isselburg is at a 15 minutes drive from the city of Bocholt, which has a fairly large shopping area and an old city centre.

The restaurant is quite charming and the menu was excellent. Even though it was a busy night, we were very well taken care off by the staff. Both the menu and the wine were extremely good value. The room itself is a tad dated, but comfortable, spacious and pleasantly warm.

The room was good with a very comfy bed and the hotel has a very nice garden where you can have a good meal. It's a dog friendly hotel, so no problem to take your dog. We enjoyed our stay!
