The staff speak excellent English. They were very helpful when my bags were lost by the airlines and helped to receive the delivery. Breakfast included (excellent). Beautiful historic property. Sauna and pool at property.

Within walking distance to the boats for HerrenInsel. Great location, easy to find. Parking on site. No elevator but the stairs are manageable. Wonderful breakfast and great staff. We liked it so much that we booked it again on our return trip.
