In many ways the Czech capital Prague has become a tourist's Disneyland. It's a truly beautiful city, but at the same time it is a victim of the inescapable global tourism industry. There are souvenir shops on every corner, Starbucks cafés everywhere, and, of course, crowds and crowds of (English-speaking) visitors. Kladno offers a more authentic experience of the Czech Republic. The city has a beautifully restored historical centre but also offers a flavour of what it must have like to live in a communist state in a city built according to socialist ideals. From our apartment at the top floor we had an awesome view to 3 sides. It is a very big apartment with modern interior and kitchen. Not far from Prague, so great for visiting the city. The shower was fantastic. Very strong and good temperature. Bathroom was also very clean. A lot of parking space around the building.
