The man handing us the keys was grumpy and not welcoming. When we came to the room, there was an overbearing fragrant smell coming all sheets and towels. Presumably from a laundry powder or a softener. My partner finished up with a runny nose, tears and a headache. He finished up wrapping his pillow with his jumper.
