The staff was incredible - super friendly and they went out of their way to treat ys wonderfully. We were sorry to see other guests treat the Tico staff poorly. Also the food was stellar!

It was awesome and it has a great location. The staff was also really nice. There was a problem with our door, which they let us know when we got there and they fixed it really fast and gave us complementary drinks as an apology and that felt great.
