Loved the hot springs and swim up bar. The massages were amazing. The food was perfect. We ate dinner at the restaurant twice and breakfast twice and everything was delicious!

Ariela, our receptionist, was fantastic! She shared a ton of useful information about the area, including great recommendations on what to do and what to skip. She even got us the best cabin on the property, right next to the forest, which was incredibly peaceful. Highly recommend!

The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view is absolutely incredible. The grounds are beautiful and having hot springs on the property was so convenient after a long day of hiking! The location is about a 15-minute drive between the town of La Fortuna and a 15-minute drive to the Arenal hiking trail, so it was really an ideal and convenient location. The breakfast was really good with a variety of options and a pretty view from the dining room as well. The concierge gave us thorough instructions on how to properly use our in-room hot tub, so we didn't have the humidity issues I saw in other reviews, so just make sure you follow instructions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.
