Beautifully set out, great value (though maybe am used to London prices). Breakfast was amazing, and sets you up for the day. Well positioned in the nicer part of San Jose

The breakfast was really good. I took a couple of boiled eggs, a cup of coffee, yogurt, some bread. The small fridge was not cool enough. Last year we received a small Xmas gift from the Hyatt Hotel but this time not.
